Cocina Clássico

Cocina Clássico is a catering service specializing in Mexican cuisine, based in Toronto, Canada. After several years of successful operation, the business opened its first physical location in downtown Toronto.

The project included logo design, corporate identity, and stationery, as well as consulting and visual development for social media — including banners and avatars for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I also designed the website to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

As one of my first professional branding projects, the visual direction focused on contemporary minimalism, allowing the photography of the food — rather than the branding — to carry the core of the brand’s expression. This balance aimed to support the culinary offering without overpowering it visually.

This project was selected as a finalist in the identity category of the a! Diseño awards.
